All lighting products and installation services provided by Ristolux Lighting Ltd come with standard manufacturer warranties as specified in product documentation. Smart LED integration services include a 12-month warranty on labour from the date of installation. Warranty coverage excludes damage due to misuse, accidents, or failure to follow installation and maintenance guidelines.
Payment for Services must be made according to the terms specified in your project quotation or service agreement. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers, and other methods as specified. Late payments may result in suspension of Services. All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to sales@ristolux.shop. For design consultations and quotations, cancellation is permitted up to 7 days before the scheduled appointment for a full refund. For installation services, cancellation within 14 days of the scheduled installation date may incur a 25% cancellation fee. Completed installations are non-refundable unless defective materials or workmanship are identified within 30 days of completion.
All content, designs, concepts, and materials on this website and in our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Ristolux Lighting Ltd or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our explicit written permission.
